Set up a Microsoft account on your Windows Phone device.
Follow this step  

1. Press the power button and swipe the screen up to unlock.
2. Scroll down the Home screen and tap Games.
3. Tap Join Xbox or Sign In.
4. Tap Sign In.
5. Tap Create One to begin creating your Microsoft Account.
6. Tap Microsoft Account and enter your chosen email address.
7. Tap Privacy Statement and read thoroughly, tap Close to exit.
8. If you agree tap Next.
9. Tap New Password and enter your chosen password.
10. Tap Confirm Password and re-enter the same password..
11. Tap Next.
12. Tap Alternative email address and enter a back up email address.
13. Tap Date of Birth and enter your date of birth, tap the tick to confirm.
14. If you want to tap Postcode and enter your postcode, then tap next.
15. If you want to back-up your information tap Yes, if not tap Not Now.
16. Tap Date of Birth again and enter your date of birth.
17. Tap Accept.
18. Tap Done.
