To experience a better browsing speed from Mobitel, please do the following changes on your Android
device settings.

Android 3G Setting & MMS Setting for Mobitel

SETUP 3G SETTING

Step 1
Go to Settings ---> Wireless and Networks and select Mobile Networks.

Step 2
Select Access Point Names

Step 3
Now Create a APN for your Mobitel data connection.

Name  :   Mobitel
APN    :    mobitel3g
MCC   :   413
MNC   :   01
Authentication Type  : none
APN Type  : default,supl ( if Samsung Mobile, type internet )

*** For other field leave empty

Step 4
Save Setting

before use Internet Service, you want enable data on mobile network setting menu

SETUP MMS SETTING

Step 1
Now Create a new APN for your Mobitel MMS.

Name   :    MobitelMMS
APN     :    wapmms
MMSC  :  http://192.168.50.165
MMS PROXY : 192.168.50.163
MMS Port :  8080
MCC  :   413
MNC  :   01
Authentication Type  : none
APN Type  : mms

*** For other field leave empty

Step 2
Save Setting

Your Android smartphone is having a Google account. Setting this up is really easy and gives you access to your phone’s app store, allows you to back stuff up easily and lets you transfer contacts between phones.

Set up a Google account on your Android Smartphone.
Follow this step  

1. Tap the Apps icon on the home screen to go to the Apps menu.
2. Tap Settings.
3. Tap Accounts.
4. Tap Add Account.
5. Tap Google.
6. If you have a Google account tap Existing, if not tap New.
7. Enter your first and last names and tap Done.
8. Enter your desired username and tap done.
9. Enter and re-enter your password and tap done.
10. Choose a security question from the drop down list.
11. Enter the answer to your chosen security question.
12. Enter an alternative recovery email address and tap done.
13. Join Google+ or tap Not Now.
14. Tick Web History option to turn on web history.
15. Tick Keep Me Up To Date to receive news and offers from Google Play.
16. Tap the right hand arrow.
17. Complete authentication Captcha and tap Done.
18. Tap Set Up Credit Card to enter payment details for Google Play, or tap Not Now to skip.
19. Tick the box to keep the phone backed up with Google and tap the right hand arrow.
